Born and raised in Durban South Africa, I am grateful for trips home to reconnect with family and friends and the breathtaking landscapes South Africa has to offer. In the posts below I’ve written about adventures our family has had in South Africa.

We also recently spent a wonderful 24 hours on the Midlands Meander in Kwazulu Natal, leisurely stopping here and there, and I offer suggestions for a splendid trip in this area.
